I recently stayed at Rydges and was thoroughly impressed by the eco-friendly initiatives and sustainable practices they have in place. From the moment I checked in, the staff, especially Sandhya, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. The room, though slightly dated in decor, was impeccably clean, and the modern bathroom exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and amenities. As an environmental scientist, I was delighted to see the hotel's commitment to reducing waste and conserving energy through plug adaptors and efficient heating and air conditioning systems. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a welcome touch, and the mini-bar stocked with locally sourced products showcased their dedication to supporting the community. The relaxing sitting area and dining table allowed me to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beach, while the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. Rydges surpassed all my criteria for a sustainable and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a responsible and delightful accommodation option in the area.
